In addition to our local same-day delivery team, we utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship fresh floral arrangements and premium gift products across the United States.
Same-Day & Next-Day Flower Delivery Options
- Same-day flower delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM local time.
- Orders placed after 2 PM local time are delivered the next business day.
- Sunday flower orders are scheduled for same-day or next-day delivery the following Monday.
- Typical flower delivery hours are 9 AM – 7 PM local time.
- We do not fulfill same-day flower deliveries for orders under $29.99.

Delays & Missed Flower Deliveries — What to Do
We will make every reasonable effort to contact you in the event of flower delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
- Road Closures, Traffic Conditions, or Severe Weather
- Inaccessible or Unsafe Delivery Conditions
What Happens If We Can't Deliver Your Flower Order?
- We will reschedule your flower delivery for the next available delivery time.
- If no one is home, we will attempt to leave your fresh flower order with the recipient. If unreachable, the flower arrangement may be left at the door unless weather or safety conditions are a concern.
- If the door is unsafe or inaccessible, the flower order is returned and rescheduled for the next business day.
Flower Delivery Service Fees & Charges
- Flower delivery fees apply and are displayed during checkout.
- Additional flower delivery charges may apply for rural or remote deliveries; customers will be notified in advance.
- Refused orders and cancelled flower orders are not eligible for a refund.
Flower Substitution Policy & Arrangement Changes
We strive to deliver your fresh flower order exactly as requested. However, due to seasonal flower availability:
- Fresh flower containers or premium vases may be substituted with similar types of equal or greater value.
- Premium flowers may be substituted with similar fresh varieties to maintain the overall look and value.
- Premium gift items may be replaced with similar items within the same category and value range.
